**I require 48 business hours notice for changes and cancellations in order to waive the fee.
1st 3 sessions---Assessment--$250/55 minutes
$250/55 minutes individual psychotherapy
$250/55 minutes couple therapy
$190/55 minutes clinical AEDP-style supervision
$250/55 minutes remote coaching sessions
$150/hour for collateral email, out-of-session paper work, including court appearances (billed in 15 minute increments)

**Please limit use of emails during course of psychotherapy to logistics due to confidentiality & HIPPA compliance, given the obvious liabilities of privacy on the internet.
**In lieu of lengthy or risk-laden emails, I encourage an appointment for face-to-face conversation.
I have taken myself off all HMO panels. After you pay me at the time of our meeting, if you have Out-of-Network benefits on your insurance plan, you may be able to be paid back a percentage directly from your insurance company. If you have health insurance that will reimburse you, I'm happy to provide you with receipts to get the reimbursement rolling. Please ask your insurance company for the details of your 'out-of-network' benefit & let me know in our initial contact if you will need receipts or codes to send them & claim reimbursement.
Acceptable forms of payment are: check, cash, *Venmo, *Paypal and credit cards, to be received at the time of the services. A 3% surcharge will be added for Square Up credit card payments.
